Saturday, October 7th was the 2nd Grateful Badass Community Fall Fitness Walk and Kick Ball game. It was SHEER FUN.
New and existing friends exercised and celebrated maintaining good health.
Plus, it’s always good to remain open for change because we ran into and joined forces with an ongoing health and fitness group led by another new friend, Nancy. The weather was great with perfect fall temperatures leaving no excuse for a great workout all while taking in breathtaking views of the Hudson River.
After our fitness walk, we got in a few kicks with the BIG RED BALL around the school yard playground. Kicking the ball was great exercise and personally, brought back many fond memories of kick ball from my girlhood days. Great memories!
The plan is to host another Kick Ball game on Saturday morning, October 21st before the weather turns. Another planned fitness event, bicycling in Central park. Hope you can join us.
