It’s the first podcast episode for the new year and I’m stoked! Still going strong with over fifty episodes. Actually, I’m not feeling my best right now as I recorded previously. Winter weather has me down a bit but, I wanted to get this episode out.
Being “Strategic”. I decided on the first topic of 2019 for the Grateful Badass Podcast to be related to my theme word for the year. Each year I choose a theme word or phrase. This year, yep, it’s “Strategic”. Come along with me as I talk about how I’m planning to use my theme word to help navigate, increase and grow in 2019. It’s all about growing, developing and reaching new levels, right? Well, let’s go.

What I’m reading: There Will Be No Miracles Here by Casey Gerald and then, I’m heading into If Beale Street Could Talk by James Baldwin. I’ve never read this one by James Baldwin and after I’m done, I plan to head to see and support the film in theaters.
