In honor of Mother’s Day weekend, I bring to you five Badass individuals. Five amazing women who gratefully share their personal stories of maternal inspiration, love and wisdom. I am eternally grateful to know these ladies and to share them with Grateful Badass Podcast listeners.
A Mother’s Day Tribute, Grateful Badass Podcast brings to you and in order of appearance:
- Kim Seymour, Chief People Officer of the New Weight Watchers, Executive Committee Member, leader of over 18,000 employees globally. Recently, Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner of American Express – shares her personal story of encouragement from her dear Grandmother and Mother. - The Honorable Tanya R. Kennedy, Supreme Court Justice of the State of New York, the former Supervising Judge of Civil Court, New York County and the Immediate Past President of the National Association of Women Judges~ shares an inspirational tale of the love of her wonderful Mother. A Mother who has inspired and invested, not only into her daughter, but a community and host of other women and individuals. For each story shared, I am deeply inspired by the blessings which Mothers unselfishly and freely share with their children, their communities and with the world. A Mother’s Love is irreplaceable.
For me, I am immensely grateful for my dearest and lovely Mother, Gracie, for my Maternal and Paternal Grandmothers. I hope that I make them proud daily.
I’m thankful for this podcast and platform. I’m thankful for my beautiful children, K and J. Also, many thanks to my first-born love whose idea in 2018 inspired the story of this episode- A Mother’s Day Tribute 2019.
