Janelle’s bio:
Janelle Holmes wants to make sure every small business owner knows their numbers. She is the founder of The Budget Shop, which teaches business owners how to improve their cash flow and increase clarity around their finances through budgeting.
She has over 17 years of experience in budgeting and strategic planning and has worked in leadership positions–including working for 3 different Governors and at various state agencies throughout her career. After having multiple side hustles along the way, she finally decided to combine her true expertise with her love of entrepreneurship.
She holds an MPA from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and is a lover of all things Prince.
