It’s Women’s History Month!

In honor of Women’s History Month, I’m sending all kinds of crazy love and most sincere gratitude towards my Grandmother.

We all have at least one individual who is greatly responsible for helping us reach our full potential and if you know anything at all about me, you must know that my Maternal Grandmother is a HUGE influence and foundation for all the Badass material found here on this blog, my podcast, books and all the Badassery found in me. She lived one century plus two years and was a pillar of the community where she lived. She wore many hats during her lifetime and wore them all extremely well with style, wisdom and grace. I am working on several projects in her honor and in continuation of her legacy.

I believe my Grandmother would be absolutely proud of my endeavors with the Grateful Badass Platform. Serving others feels good. It allows us to place others before ourselves, at least for few hours and especially in celebration of Women’s History Month. Does anyone come to mind who has a played tremendous role towards your accomplishments and where you are today? I celebrate that person on today and every day.

I am ever grateful to continue the legacy of my Maternal Grandmother through serving our audience and community in the same manner of service as she did for me. She was golden. Grandmother, THANK YOU for being such an inspiration, a solid foundation and roadmap for my life. Salute.
