Thaddis’ bio…
Mr. Pouncey received his B.A. from Loyola University, New Orleans in Political Science. From there he attended and graduated from the University of Detroit-Mercy Law School earning a Juris Doctorate. Between undergraduate and law school as well as being a CASA advocate at the time was here Mr. Pouncey fell in love with children and education. Working with his young son, Thaddis III who was an exceptional child, reinforced Mr. Pouncey’s passion in teaching special education. After teaching for a few years in the general education classroom, Mr. Pouncey became a Special Education teacher in 2010. He started working in the Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS) program. GNETS, a network that assists the most profound students with autism, ADD and ADHD allowed Mr. Pouncey to work in an atmosphere where he could serve the neediest of exceptional children.
Mr. Pouncey received his M.Ed. in Cross-Categorical Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Mr. Pouncey has continued his studies in educational leadership as well by completing his Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL) from Harvard University. Mr. Pouncey is currently finishing his M.Ed. in Special Education at The Clark Atlanta University.
Mr. Pouncey has been a science and special education teacher. He has taught in middle and high schools, Catholic, private and public, as well as coaching football and basketball on the high school level. Mr. Pouncey has been a member of the Boys and Girls Club for over 20 years as well as a member of the Atlanta Metro YMCA for the past 15 where he coaches youth basketball. Mr. Pouncey also volunteers with The Sporty Girls Organization which works on cultivating, enriching and challenging young women to participate in nontraditional sports while fostering and developing lifestyle skills.
Mr. Pouncey wishes to start a youth mentorship to assist the up and coming brown and black young men to become prepared for the academic challenges of high school, college, and most of all, becoming and staying socially aware.

Fenton’s bio…
Fenton is a lifelong Memphian committed to making a significant contribution to the future of the city’s residential and commercial citizens. He is currently an independent executive consultant specializing in strategic planning, organizational management, and executive
decision-making. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Executive Director of The Consortium MMT. There he was tasked with creating and overseeing the talent development programming, as well as, cultivating a community of support for the Memphis talent community. As an operations director and independent management consultant, Fenton has operated as a strategic planner and project leader for educational institutions, community programs and small businesses. He has been involved in business start-ups, various project management teams and boards of directors. He currently serves on the board of directors of BLP Film Studios and as a senior advisor to Princeton James Productions. He is also the pastor of Christian Love Fellowship Church in the Memphis Frayser community. He is a graduate of Memphis Central High School
and holds an Executive MBA from the Fogelman College of Business at the University of Memphis, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance from Morehouse College. Fenton and his wife Lisa have two children – Kayla and Fenton, Jr.
