Principal Adams’ bio…

Natalie A. Adams received her first degree in Chemistry from the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. After relocating to Maryland in 1998, she joined BCPS as a Chemistry teacher and went on to earn her second degree in Administration and Leadership from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She currently serves as Principal of Dundalk Middle School and is a doctoral candidate at Walden University. Over the last 23 years of serving Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS), Natalie’s experiences supporting diverse student populations has become her passion, along with building the capacity of future school leaders. She is the mother of two amazing sons and lives by the belief that “we do no harm in the work that we do for all children.” When not Serving the BCPS community she enjoys traveling, fellowshipping with friends, and action movies.
